A condemned 28,000 square foot apartment building that had laid vacant and languishing on the market for years in a town with no major development in 30 years.

Awards
The rehabilitation project was the recipient and nominee of two statewide awards in 2022 from Preservation Massachusetts, a statewide non-profit historic preservation organization.
